Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
Important Notice:
Once your order has been shipped, SpiceLuxuryHair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages, as all deliveries are handled by third party courier services.
If you believe your package is lost or has been misdelivered, we recommend you:
• Contact the delivery company directly
• File a claim with them for further investigation
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the courier.

1. Changes to Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. This includes modifying the delivery address, updating the shipping method, or changing the items in the order.
2. Verify Your Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses and cannot offer replacements or refunds in such cases.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
After your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the delivery carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or if you believe it is lost or stolen, we strongly recommend opening a claim with the courier directly. We do not offer refunds or replacements for such cases.
4. Refunds
We do not issue refunds for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If this occurs, please contact your local post office or delivery provider for assistance and file a claim with them.
5. Tracking Numbers
A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email, sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update and become active.
