Because all our wigs are custom made, we do not offer returns only exchanges under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Exchange:
We only accept exchanges if the wig is damaged due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, factory defect, or craftsmanship issue).
All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos of the issue.
Return Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• A return shipping label will be sent via email.
• The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund or exchange value.
Proof of Return:
• You must provide a valid tracking number once your return is sent.
• No exchanges or refunds will be processed until we have received and inspected the returned item.

• Wigs must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in the original condition with packaging intact.
• We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the returned unit shows signs of wear or tampering.

“Ready-to-Wear” Doesn’t Mean Instantly Wearable
Q: “The wig can be worn straight out of the box, right?”
A: Not quite.
When we say “ready-to-wear,” we don’t mean it’s 100% ready the moment you take it out of the box.
Think of it more like getting a new outfit from a tailor it’s been carefully made to fit a general size, but you may still need to:
• Adjust the wig band to fit your head snugly
• Tint the lace to match your skin tone
• Style the hairline and frame the wig to suit your face shape
The hard work customizing the unit, constructing it, and prepping it is already done for you.
What’s left are those final touches that make it melt seamlessly and look like it’s growing from your scalp.
Colour Disclaimer
Despite every effort to show accurate photos, please be aware that lighting and screen settings (phones, tablets, or computers) can slightly affect how colours appear.
The actual unit you receive may vary slightly from what you see online.
Length Disclaimer
Hair length is measured when the hair is straight.
If your unit is styled with curls or waves, it may appear shorter.
• Curls can reduce the visual length by up to 4 inches
• Example: If you want a curled look that reaches 26 inches, order a unit that’s 28–30 inches long
